Can it juice carrots, mangoes or pineapple?

No — this is a citrus press, which works by reaming a halved fruit against a rotating cone. It is superb on oranges, lemons, limes, tangerines and passion fruit. For carrots, mangoes, pineapple or mixed juices you need a blender such as the SB-4093, or an extraction juicer.

How hard is it to clean?

Easy, and that is most of the point. The cone, filter and jug lift off and rinse under a tap immediately after use — do it while the pulp is still wet and it takes under a minute. Never put the motor base in water; wipe it with a damp cloth.
